Return can be applied for if the following conditions are met:

If one of the following conditions is met, a replacement may be required:
_Within 15 natural days after receiving the goods, the customer finds that the products are damaged in the course of transportation and can provide the cargo damage certificate provided by the transportation company.
_Within 15 natural days after the customer receives the goods, it is found that there is a serious discrepancy between the product description and the original product description in one or more important aspects.
_Within 15 natural days after receiving the goods, the customer found that the product had a performance failure caused by non-artificial damage.

Application for warranty service

The implementation of free warranty service must meet the following conditions:
_Self-purchased products are normally used within the stipulated product warranty period, resulting in non-artificial performance failure products;
No unauthorized dismantling of machines, no modification or installation of unofficial instructions, and other non-human-caused failures;
Provide valid purchase certificate, documents and document number.
The following circumstances do not belong to the case of free product warranty service:
The collision and burning accidents caused by man-made non-product quality problems;
Damage caused by private refitting, dismantling and shelling under the guidance of unofficial instructions;
Damage caused by incorrect installation, use and operation not in accordance with instructions;
Without the guidance of the official instructions, the customer repairs the damage caused by the assembly by himself.
Damage caused by circuit modification guided by unofficial instructions or improper matching of batteries and chargers;
Damage caused by all flights and photographs not operated in accordance with the product specifications;
Damage caused by manipulation in harsh environment, such as gale, rainy day, sand and dust, etc.
Damage caused by manipulation in complex or strong electromagnetic environment, such as mining area, launching tower, high voltage line, substation, etc.
Damage caused by manipulation in the case of interference with other wireless devices, such as transmitter, image transmission signal, WiFi signal interference, etc.
Damage caused by takeoff in excess of safe takeoff weight;
Damage caused by mandatory flight in case of aging or damage of spare parts;
Damage caused by reliability and compatibility problems occurs when non-DJI-certified third-party components are used at the same time.
Damage caused by insufficient discharge due to insufficient power supply or using batteries with quality problems;
Machine serial number, factory label and other signs are torn or altered.

When sending products to DJI, you have to bear the mailing cost first.
Users need to send back the defective products. After DJI authorized agent or DJI after-sales service center receives the defective machine, the product will be detected to determine the responsibility for the problem. If the product itself is defective in quality, DJI is responsible for testing fees, material fees, labor fees and express delivery fees.
