1. Notices for Purchase and Use
A. Please purchase through the official mall and other authorized channels;
B. CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes use authorization (hereinafter referred to as "use authorization") need to cooperate with Inspire 2 and Zen X5S, X7 Yuntai camera and CineSSD high-speed memory card;
C. If you purchase Inspire 2 professional suit, advanced suit or film and television suit products, the suit already contains the use authorization. For details, please click on the packing list.
D. The CineCore S/N of Inspire 2 is bound to the aircraft when purchasing and using the license separately. Please check carefully when purchasing the CineCore S/N in order to avoid mistakes in purchasing.
E. The use authorization purchased with Inspire 2 will be bound by default to Inspire 2 aircraft in the same order. Please check your email to activate the use authorization.
2. After-sales service instructions
A. The use authorization for individual purchase can be returned within 30 days (natural days) after purchase without activation. If the aircraft itself conforms to the return policy, it can also be returned with the aircraft (the use authorization in professional suits, advanced suits or film and television suits can not be returned separately);
B. The use of authorization does not support migration or transfer;
C. If the product needs to be repaired or replaced (including the case of using DJI Care to exchange freely), the use authorization will be retained after the repair or replacement is completed, without affecting the continued use;
D. If the aircraft is lost, please contact DJI Support for liability determination. If the aircraft is lost due to product liability and the product is under warranty, the product of the same value can be compensated and the corresponding use authorization can be retained.
